8.1. Kõiki ostude sooritamise käigus teatavaks saanud Ostja isikuandmeid käsitletakse kui konfidentsiaalset infot. Krüptitud andmesidekanal pankadega tagab ostu sooritaja isikuandmete ja pangarekvisiitide turvalisuse.
8.2. Käesolevates tingimustes eraldi lahendamata küsimustes lähtutakse Eesti Vabariigis kehtivatest õigusaktidest.
8.3. Ostja ja KöökkööK OÜ vahel seoses e-poe vahendusel toodete tellimise ja ostmisega tekkinud vaidlused lahendatakse läbirääkimiste teel. Kokkuleppe mittesaavutamisel on Ostjal õigus pöörduda oma õiguste kaitseks Tarbijakaitseametisse või kohtusse. Vaidluste lahendamisel lähtutakse Eesti Vabariigis kehtivatest õigusaktidest.
8.4 Täiendavalt teavitab OÜ KöökkööK OÜ vastavalt TKS § 26 lg 2 tarbijat tunnustatud vaidluste kohtuvälise lahendamise üksusest, kelle poole tarbija võib pöörduda kauplejaga tekkiva vaidluse lahendamiseks (www.komisjon.ee)
8.5 Kõikidele tarbijatele üle Euroopa Liidu avatakse uus elektrooniline keskkond, mille kaudu saab lahendada tekkinud kaebusi (Online Dispute Resolution - http://ec.europa.eu/odr)
